What kind of pelican?

So sorry for the late reply Pat! I photographed this guy on the South Carolina coast, and most commonly I see brown pelicans there. However, I believe this is a white pelican…known more for lighter plumage with dark tips. They migrate through, especially in the spring, when I photographed this guy. Thanks for asking!
